  • i need a twelve-step twilight detox program.
the fandom is starting to annoy me and it's just...not. fun. anymore.

    current twilight related activities
    +check livejournal and read everything
    +check twitter
    +read fanfic
    +check fanfic forums
    +download stuff
    +rewatch old downloaded stuff
+listen to related music - fanmix, soundtrack, score
    +anything else?

what should i cut out completely?
what should i cut down marginally?
i'm keeping the music though, tis good.

  • reiteration of the past week because it was made of so much win(wyn).

monday and tuesday were work as per usual
wednesday the fun began with my girls coming over around lunch time
had yumcha had phoneix - only at castle hill will you have a non-bustling yumcha place
then val drove to my place to start marking
while the rest of us went 'shopping' with all these different vouchers and didn't buy a thing
save for a container of kimchi...lol!
we played card games, and then ate kimchi fried rice for dinner with a dash of HP:GOF on the side
    awesome with a capital A!
when cedric died, we were like NOOOOOOO~~~ (and then he came back as a vampire)
played mahjong and then went up to room to talk and somehow it was 11:30
val was rolling around without alcohol in her system, it was fabulous~

beginnin of thursday was the new moon screening
    the amount of girls was...wow
val got jipped into chocolate covered strawberries
and i got jipped into a ~new moon show bag LOL!
movie review posted earlier...still not really feeling it
    oh well~
then we got home and took turns showering
and the two ~old ones went to sleep around 3:30
while me and cherry fangirled until like...4am
the sun rose and we woke up to the same day
sang karaoke for a couple of hours until around 1:30
    then the girls left
and i fell asleep for the rest of the day, or so it seemed like

nothing much happened friday morning, or afternoon for that matter
drove over to wynnie's in the evening
got ready and made our way to hurricane's
    good good food. really good.
    best hurricane food ever.
we were utterly stuffed prior to walking across the harbour to a bar
drank a bit, danced a bit, talked a bit
sat there for quite a bit
before we taxied it to wyn's place (via val's place) and called it a night
after talking for another god knows how many hours!
    fun times.
woke up on my tiny mattress and we youtubed rob for a few hours
    lol, how did that happen?
then the three of us headed over to bondi junction for lunch and a twin visit
    took the longest time
had the best kebab ever - hommous owns me
then me and wyn watched 2012

    - i swear that movie is the most cheesiest thing ever
but gosh, i must have almost cried like 10 times
pretty much everytime some kid called up their parent
and then laughed everytime these EPIC!!!!!effects came about
to ALMOST kill john cusack but not really!
it was heaps fun though, like a fun fun awesome rollercoaster ride
    love me some disaster movies
we drove back to wyn's after that, and then it was my turn to make the epic drive home
as the heavens parted, and the sun's rays peaked through the rain clouds

ah~what an awesome week (with a capital A)!

  • new moon screening
finally, after a whole year of waiting
    12:05am screening with my girls
got there a bit early and lined up for a bag of goodies lol hi wynnie! *waves*
the movie started like....15 minutes late, and we had to live through about another 15 min worth of trailers
so funny, when they finally dimmed the lights and everyone started screaming,
only for them to show another trailer...and five more

    the actual movie?
way better than twilight. it actually looked like a real movie.
the score and soundtrack were fabulous, though i wouldnt have used the songs in some places
all the group dynamics were also - the humans, the wolfpack, the cullens
    too much jacob
the middle part of the film was really long and borderline tedious
don't know if i can live through watching it again
the beginning, and end = win
(except for the future sequence, LOTO * infinity*)
    can't even remember much
    maybe type more tomorrow
    fdkajsfljfs;a robward
    *fangirl*
acting was so much better; even though some parts still had too much blinking
    but robward
    *fangirls more*
he broke my heart several times
and cherry cried...lol as was expected

    cont later.

  • saw time traveller's wife yesterday with my girls
was kind of disappointed with it
    -.-;;
can't even be bothered to write a proper review
and put it up against all the good movies i've watched this year
    makes it even more...meh~

had fun seeing everyone again though
a bit weird, but we're getting our groove back
    ~groove.

    feeling listless
and pretty much a failure as a sister
but then mum was like, i'm not worrying about it, why are you worrying about it?
so should i worry about it?
    or should i just resign?
what is the extent of my responsibilities as a sister?
